5th Jun, 2010: Cyberabad Police Commissioner Prabhakar Reddy, on Friday, ordered the suspension of a head constable (PC No. 2661, attached to the Sanathnagar police station) for accepting bribe. According to police officials, the tainted constable has been identified as Srinivas.
Srinivas was caught red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs. 30,000 from a person accused of being the manager of a brothel.
An inquiry into the case has been ordered.
